Amr Abd El-Basset Abd El-Azeez Diab was born on the 11th October 1961, in Port Said, Egypt, and is a musician, singer, and composer, recognized for being the best selling Middle Eastern artist of all time. He is known for his own style called “Mediterranean Music”, combined of Egyptian and Western rhythms. He is also an actor, whose career has been active since 1983.
